At Ava’s Fashion, we always aim to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. The information below explains our return guidelines and procedures.
Return Eligibility
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been delivered and received by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees if applicable.
- Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Items may be tried on but must not be worn
- Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- To start a return request, please contact us at info@avas-fashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address from our support team. Our supplier’s return facility is located in China.
- Customers are responsible for all return-related expenses, including shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives at the return location and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order.
- Once an order is submitted, it enters the processing stage immediately to prepare it for shipment.
- After the 12-hour cancellation window, the order can no longer be cancelled because it will already be in preparation or shipping.
- If a cancellation request is made within the 12-hour timeframe, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order amount. This fee covers administrative, handling, and processing costs.
- All cancellation requests must be sent to info@avas-fashion.com within the 12-hour period.
- Cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be processed.
Responsibility
- Ava’s Fashion cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- If an incorrect address was entered, this must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
